Fantastic experience with Dr. Ibrik and Fern! I cannot say enough good things about this team. Fern took the time to listen to a very specific dental concern of mine and truly advocated for me to ensure it was properly addressed. When I saw Dr. Ibrik, he was incredibly thorough and listened to everything I had to say. He has a great bedside manner and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. What I appreciate most is that there was absolutely no pressure or upselling. If anything, Dr. Ibrik takes a wonderfully conservative approach to treatment. It is clear that he has his patients' best interests at heart, both health-wise and financially. Highly recommend!

I first want this office, Dr. Dossett and Rocky get their praise. I have an immense, massive fear of the dentist. I have had this fear for as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t have even been at the dentist if it weren’t for a large fractured front tooth emergency. After my research of offices in the area and reading reviews, I settled on this office. That first appointment I was a level 10 anxiety and I ended up leaving, hugging Rocky because of her genuine care and understanding. Dr. Dossett as well. Now- I don’t see the specialists name in any reviews but Dr. Galvan performed my root canal and I will say that entire experience was completely awful. To the point where I almost got up and left. I did NOT feel comfortable with him performing my procedure. I appreciate the specialist “coming to me” but that man had ZERO bedside manner or manners at all! He was absolutely terrible. Especially considering my experience before, I blindly went into the root canal thinking I would receive the same care. That was not the case. I only finished the procedure because at that point he had shoved the needles in my mouth already and the worst was over. I think he must have been more concerned with how many root canals he could get done instead of being a caring individual during an invasive procedure. I’m not knocking the clinic for this “specialists” behavior because over all the actual clinic has been great and I will never see that specialist again. Just note if you need the root canal- unless you have no fear of the dentist and don’t care about the process or respect: stay away from Galvan. Otherwise, the overall experience has been manageable all things considered.
