I called on a Thursday (first time ever) and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday for a root canal. The person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant, willing and able to answer my questions. I was nervous, especially about billing. I was assured that after the consultation I would know the price. When I arrived I was greeted by two smiling faces and they knew who I was (I was thinking… okay ladies I see you) and I was immediately comfortable. After only just a few minutes the dental assistant took me back for x-ray which I was dreading because it may hurt my tooth. She was easy and calm and made the x-ray painless. Dr. Bayat and all his personality did the exam and I have never been that comfortable with any healthcare professional. I completely understood everything after the consultation and we moved forward with the root canal. The root canal was a success. I had it done yesterday and I’m eating and drinking today. But what I really want to say is Dr. Bayat, Daneila, and Rosalynn you guys made this happen for me and I want to thank you. I’m very familiar with working in healthcare and you guys are an amazing team. The ladies up front YOU guys ROCK
